Building 1000 or as it is now known, Newham Dockside. These 23,000 sq m of office space were developed by private money and the LDA as the first phase of the Royals Business Park to provide "world-class offices" for new business occupants. Completed in 2004, it was however bought by the local authority in 2007 which has occupied three-quarters of it with council back-office staff — but not before a substantial internal re-fit. Situated on the north side of the Royal Albert Dock, London Borough of Newham.
