Designed by John Partridge and Roy Stout of the LCC, 1961, a slightly later completion of the Alton West estate, although this was always in the masterplan as a marker block. Roehampton library slides through its undercroft. Unfortunately these buildings did not get included in the estate's listing and for reasons hard to comprehend, they have been slated for demolition.
