The Old Cottage / Cheam

Original parts c.1500 according to the Heritage in Sutton plaque. Two storeys, first floor jettied. Moved from Cheam crossroads in 1933 when the Malden Road was widened. Grade II listed. 17 The Broadway, Cheam, London Borough of Sutton.
