• Waterloo Bridge designed by Giles Gilbert Scott, 1945. Ferro-concrete, haunched box-girder construction. Grade II* listed. 
• Shell Mex House (centre with clock) designed by Joseph Architects, 1931, in a stepped Deco style using steel and Portland stone. Grade II listed.
