MDF&CTA / South Park Gardens

Grade II listed drinking fountain and cattle trough, with dog/sheep trough below. Made of granite, installed Sep 1879. The cattle trough is now planted with flowers. The Metropolitan Drinking Fountain & Cattle Trough Association was once:

"the ONLY AGENCY for providing FREE SUPPLIES OF WATER FOR MAN AND BEAST in the STREETS of LONDON".
