Originally known as the Brighton Aquarium, designed and engineered by Eugenius Birch, 1876. Exterior rebuilt by the borough engineer, David Edwards, 1929. The tent roofs on the entrance kiosks are metal. Owned by Sea Life since 1991 with the last refurbishment in 2019. Grade 2 listed. City of Brighton & Hove, UK.
