Mid-century modern, eight-storey business centre built for Brighton Borough Council in 1963. Around 100 creative businesses have been required to vacate due to fire safety risks. Hopefully the building will be refurbished rather than demolished. Here seen from Elder Place, City of Brighton & Hove.
