This elevated site has seen a church since Saxon times. The exterior today is a Neo-Gothic restoration of 1874 designed by Sir George Gilbert Scott, additions by John Oldrid Scott and John Loughborough Pearson. Grade I listed. Wakefield, Yorkshire, UK.
