LCC / 'Tower Block'

The London School of Printing and Graphic Arts tower block of 1964 by the LCC (London County Council). Today, it's the college that is known as the LCC (London College of Communication).

Called ‘Tower Block’ by the college, this building is unlikely to be here in 5 years’ time as the Elephant & Castle goes through major change. London Borough of Southwark.
