Seafront Shelter / Hove

Kingswest / Brighton

Architects: Russell Diplock Associates, 1965. The entertainment complex was originally called The Top Rank Suite; it was internally re-modelled and renamed Kingswest in 1973. The distinctive faceted roof-line is clad in gold-coloured aluminium. The architectural style has been described as Brutalism/Futurist Kitsch. King's Road, Brighton & Hove City.
