Architects: Powell and Moya, phase III 1952-57. One of the low-rise residential blocks to the north of Churchill Square. Although not individually listed, it is named as a building of merit in the Conservation Area and the whole Churchill Gardens landscape was Grade II listed in 2020. City of Westminster, London.
