Late C18 or early C19, once known as Chart's House and home to builder John Chart and his architect-surveyor son Edwin. Later, known as Clarendon House (or Works), part of the premises of a mechanical engineering business run by Alfred & Charles Jenner, which continued trading until at least the 1970s. Locally listed. Mitcham, London Borough of Merton.
