Built 1787 'to house those drunks and unruly revellers overnight' who had outstayed their welcome in Everton. Red sandstone in the form of a round drum with conical roof. Later featured on the badge of Everton Football Club. Grade II listed. Brow Side Gardens, Liverpool, Merseyside, UK.
