Architect: Farrells, for Hutchison Property Group. Work-in-progress on the redevelopment of the former Lots Road Power Station. The 37-storey residential tower going up here is actually in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham; other parts of the development, including a second high-rise and the old power station, are in Kensington & Chelsea.
