Architect: Henry Saxon Snell, built 1872 as a dispensary and relief office for the Parish of St Marylebone. Made of red brick with stone dressings, having a Gothic character to upper windows and porch. I think its use is residential now. 82 Chiltern Street, City of Westminster, London W1.
