Built c.1950 on a triangular site south of the tube station. Two storeys with curved stone facade, it is a landmark visible from far down the high street. Nationally unlisted, but mentioned in the Conservation Area appraisal as a positive and focal building. The appraisal says it was built on the site of a former dairy and that the friezes depict scientific and medical themes. London Borough of Camden.
