Architect: George Low for J L Minet, 1870, Grade II listed. In Neo-Gothic style using Kentish ragstone and Bath stone dressings. Deconsecrated 1981 and converted into 18 apartments in 1984-85, now known as Black Roof House. Within the Minet Conservation Area, Knatchbull Road, London Borough of Lambeth.
