Clarence Lodge / Grove House
Architect: William Wardell, c.1855, for Stephens & Yolande Lyne-Stephens. Thought to have first been a gardener's cottage. The coat-of-arms on exterior chimney breast is of the Lyne-Stephens family. Unlisted and now used by the Froebel Educational Institute. Clarence Lane, Roehampton, London Borough of Wandsworth.
