Carshalton House / SM5
Built 1685-1700 by Edward Carleton on or near the earlier manor house of Old Farm. Partly rebuilt 1718-21, architect prob. Henry Joynes, for John Fellowes. Became a school in the mid-C19 and the house is now part of St Philomena’s Girls' School. Grade II* listed. Carshalton, London Borough of Sutton.
