Town Church / St Peter Port
Present building constructed C13 - 1466. Formally known as the Church of St Peter, Apostle and Martyr, probably after an earlier chapel on the site known as Sancti Petri du Portu Mari. Mentioned in the Guinness Book of Records for being closest church to a pub in the British Isles (measured from the gargoyle to the white Albion House Tavern).
