Built 1931 by the Mitchell Brothers, Mevagissey. Requisitioned 1939 to carry personnel and supplies to the Portland forts. After WW2 this 13m launch reverted to a pleasure boat, ferrying passengers between Weymouth and Portland [source: Coastline Cruises leaflet; National Register of Historic Ships].
