Builder J.T.Chapell, c.1890, render over brick with terracotta dressings. Looks a bit "Belle Époque" influenced to me. Tall chimney stacks to sides of roof with one of its dormers surrounded by a decorative gable. Stylish wrought-iron balustrade to first floor.
