Constantine XI / Statue

Statue of Constantine XI Palaeologus (1404-1453), the last Emperor of Byzantium, who died at the fall of Constantinople. Sculptor unknown but this is one of several similar statues in Greece. Plateía Mitropóleos, Athens, Greece.
